Device Subscription Terms
Rentrees operates as a managed subscription platform for premium Apple devices, where all users are required to meet certain eligibility and operational requirements before accessing a device. To participate in the Rentrees ecosystem, users must provide accurate personal and billing information, complete the required agreement signing process, set up a valid payment mandate, and maintain ongoing payment obligations throughout the subscription period.
All devices provided under Rentrees remain under Rentrees’ operational ownership and control unless a formal buyout has been completed in accordance with the platform’s terms. This structure ensures that devices are properly managed, tracked, and governed throughout their lifecycle within the subscription system.
Subscription payments are processed on a recurring basis through approved payment mandate methods. Users are responsible for ensuring that payments are successfully maintained according to the agreed billing schedule. In the event of a payment failure, Rentrees will issue reminders and allow for a defined grace period. However, continued non-payment may result in operational restrictions being applied to the device or subscription until the outstanding issues are resolved.
When a subscription ends or a device is returned, all returned devices will undergo an inspection process before the contract is officially closed. This inspection ensures that the device is in acceptable operational condition. Where damage, missing components, or excessive wear beyond normal usage is identified, repair or cleaning charges may be applied in accordance with Rentrees’ operational standards.
