These systems are implemented strictly for legitimate operational purposes including asset protection, operational compliance, recovery workflows, and lifecycle management. Their purpose is to support the security and proper management of devices participating in the Rentrees ecosystem.

Rentrees does not use device management systems to monitor personal messages, access personal photos, track personal content, or invade user privacy. Device governance controls are implemented solely to support operational requirements and are not designed to provide visibility into a user’s private activities or personal information stored on the device.

To support our services and operational processes, Rentrees may collect certain information necessary to facilitate subscriptions and ongoing platform operations. This may include identity information, billing information, contract records, operational device status, shipment status, and payment status. The information collected may vary depending on the services used and the operational requirements associated with a subscription.

Information collected by Rentrees is used to process applications, manage operational fulfillment activities, facilitate payment processing, provide lifecycle support services, and maintain security and fraud prevention measures. We only use information where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Rentrees platform and subscription experience.
