Return & Inspection Policy
All devices returned to Rentrees undergo a structured operational inspection process to ensure they meet acceptable condition standards before final contract closure. This inspection is an important part of the device lifecycle management process and helps maintain quality and consistency across the Rentrees ecosystem.
During inspection, devices are evaluated based on their physical condition, functional performance, battery health, and overall component integrity. This process ensures that each returned device is assessed fairly and consistently according to operational standards.
Where devices show signs of accidental damage, excessive wear beyond normal usage, missing components, or other issues requiring operational recovery, Rentrees may apply repair or handling charges. These charges are determined based on the level of damage and the work required to restore the device to an acceptable operational condition.
